BENCHMARK REATLY is a division of the NEELAM GROUP OF COMPANIES, established in 1972 and
has been servicing the construction industry now since 43 years, with varied services and supplies.
Foray into real estate began with a part commercial-part residential project named Mubarak Manzil,
and then Shams Apartment and later on Row Houses in Sugarwala Compound – all in Rajkot. Such
has been the prestige and reputation in the market that they are sold out the moment it is launched.
